Reviewed and refined earlier MIIS/MIS 2.0 architecture and IAM documentation feeding into this procurement, and defined ServiceNow onboarding requirements for the successor filtering service. • Amart Furniture (2022, national retail group, 65+ stores): led solution architecture for an ERP and supply chain systems uplift, aligning procurement, logistics and warehouse operations to investment decisions; designed data warehouse architecture for logistics and warehouse management; established enterprise architecture foundations — governance frameworks, reference architectures, principles and standards.

• Legacy Notes decommissioning (NFTM program): served as Chief Architect for a program-level Lotus Notes decommissioning initiative, designing a unified Azure/Power Platform architecture that consolidated three legacy-modernisation streams (Corporate Forms, Customer Feedback Register, and Multi-Tier Archive) to retire an unsupported IBM Notes/Domino environment.
• Azure archive unification: designed and delivered a unified Azure Blob Storage tiering architecture (Hot/Cool/Archive) with ServiceNow-driven rehydration workflows across three previously siloed legacy-decommissioning workstreams, cutting archived-record retrieval time from weeks to under 24 hours; the solution architecture was formally closed out with a documented 30-day handover plan.
• CheckRego security incident response: led a strategic security consultation following a confirmed data-scraping exploit on the public vehicle-registration service, delivering an AWS Well-Architected-aligned remediation roadmap (API Gateway rate limiting, certificate-based mobile authentication, GuardDuty/CloudTrail monitoring, VIN/plate data masking) mapped to IS18:2018, QGEA and QGISCF.
• IAAL security uplift program: directed a follow-on program designing a 5-level Identity Authentication Assurance (IAAL) roadmap across all unauthenticated public-facing services, briefing agency leadership on a phased 6–12 month rollout.

• AddInsight ITO (Intelligent Transport Systems procurement): authored the functional/technical requirements and milestone framework for a cloud-based traffic-intelligence platform procurement, defining measurable uptime and API-latency SLAs and real-time multi-source sensor ingestion requirements for a statewide traffic-intelligence platform replacement.

• HoleBase to OpenGround: advised on the strategic transition of the legacy HoleBase geotechnical data platform to Bentley's OpenGround SaaS, scoping data-migration and security-classification blockers ahead of formal architecture design.
• SAP S/4HANA migration: represented Information Technology Branch in a cross-branch RACI model for the SAP S/4HANA/AWS migration, defining the technology work package, architectural risk register, and effort estimates for executive sign-off.
• Dataiku GenAI chatbot PoC: performed the governance and security architecture review for a GenAI chatbot proof of concept enabling natural-language KPI queries for executives (projected to save roughly two days per ad-hoc analytics request), defining the compliance pathway to production.
